Mr. Kilroy is a Principal and leads GCP’s Texas activities. He has spent ten years in commercial real estate focused on the acquisition of multi-family, office and industrial properties throughout Texas, the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining GCP, he was Vice President of a $2 billion Private Equity Real Estate Fund in New York where he was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of multifamily, office, and industrial assets in Texas and the Mid-Atlantic. During his time there he acquired and managed over $200M of office and industrial assets and more than 2,000 multifamily units. Prior to this, Mr. Kilroy was an Associate for ProLogis where he worked on acquisitions and dispositions in the Central part of the US. From 2006 to 2009 Mr. Kilroy served as an Acquisitions Analyst and then Associate for the now publicly traded REIT, STAG Industrial. Mr. Kilroy’s principal focus for STAG was asset acquisition – deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing. Mr. Kilroy received his B.S. in Finance from Bentley College and his MBA from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Kilroy currently resides in Dallas, TX
