GCP successfully recapitalized 300 Crown Colony Drive

Grander Capital Partners LLC successfully recapitalized 300 Crown Colony Drive, a 118,157 SF suburban office building in Quincy, MA. After originally purchasing the asset in December 2013, GCP increased occupancy to 99.1% while increasing in-place rental rates upwards of 21%. GCP is excited about the future of Quincy and will remain as a partner and manager of the building.
